How to Return:

2. Shipping Responsibility: Customers must return products via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
3. Non-Refundable Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned items.
